Refund Policy
AUDREAM PRINT CLUB:
Please advise that all subscriptions are non-refundable.
All subscriptions will renew each month thus your card will be charged automatically.
If you do not wish to have your subscription renewed, please contact me to cancel or you can log into the member portal to do so.
Once the cancellation has been made, an e-mail notification will be sent either from the member portal or from myself. If you did not receive any notification confirming the cancellation of your subscription, this means that your subscription is still active and will resume.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify myself when there is a change in address.
Replacements will be sent for the following:
- If your mail has arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Please contact me and provide an image of the damages and I will happily send your replacement as soon as possible.
- If your mail is lost, a replacement will be sent free of charge. For U.S., please wait after 14 business days and international recipients, please wait after 4 weeks before reaching out.
